QC is an appearance check. It is not authentication, a functional test or a guarantee of quality.
Start with the whole item
Check that the photographed item matches the broad model, colour and size you expected. Look for a complete set of views before concentrating on small details. When the image set is incomplete, ask the platform what additional photographs are available rather than filling the gap with assumptions.
Compare details consistently
Move through the photographs in the same order each time: shape, symmetry, visible stitching, print placement, hardware, labels and obvious damage. Lighting and camera angle can change colour and proportions, so compare several views.
Know what inspection does not prove
EastMallBuy's current inspection policy describes appearance checks and limits checks for sealed and functional goods. It says electronics inspection does not establish authenticity, function or quality. Other platforms may use different rules, so read the policy for the agent you actually choose.
When a source row shows “QC”
On this site, “QC observed” only means QC media or a QC marker appeared on the saved FansSheets detail page. Open the source and inspect the media yourself. A badge is not a verdict.
